About DLJ Pest Control
DLJ Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest management services throughout Northeast Ohio. The company serves a diverse customer base that includes homeowners, apartment communities, healthcare facilities, warehouses, office buildings, and retail properties. As the business continues to expand, DLJ Pest Control is investing in data-driven decision-making to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, workforce planning, and long-term growth.
To support these efforts, the company is seeking a Pest Management Data Analyst to transform operational data into actionable business insights.
Position Overview
The Pest Management Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data generated across the company's operations. This role helps leadership teams make informed decisions regarding route efficiency, customer retention, service quality, technician productivity, staffing requirements, and business performance.
Unlike customer-facing, field-based, sales, or management positions, this role focuses on business intelligence and operational analytics. The successful candidate will work with data from scheduling systems, service records, customer accounts, financial reports, and operational performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
This position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What Makes This Role Different
Most pest control jobs focus on inspections, treatments, customer service, compliance, training, or operational supervision. The Pest Management Data Analyst supports the business from a completely different perspective.
Rather than directly managing people or servicing customers, this position evaluates information that helps the organization make smarter decisions. Success is measured by the quality of analysis, accuracy of reporting, and the value of insights delivered to leadership teams.
