No Bugs Pest Control is hiring an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Technician specializing in bed bug and rodent control. This role combines inspection, treatment, and prevention strategies across multiple property types, including residential housing, commercial facilities, and property management portfolios. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and committed to environmentally responsible pest control practices.

Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive inspections to identify pest activity and risk factors
    • Implement integrated pest management (IPM) plans tailored to each property
    • Perform treatments for bed bugs and rodents using approved products and techniques
    • Monitor treatment effectiveness and perform follow-up services
    • Maintain accurate documentation of all services performed
    • Educate customers on sanitation, prevention, and early detection
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to work independently and manage a service route
    • Strong communication and customer interaction skills
    • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in pest control with a focus on bed bugs or rodents
    • Knowledge of IPM strategies and pest biology
    • Pennsylvania pesticide applicator certification
